Good evening everyone! Happy Halloween!
For several months now, I have been leading a guild called [Alphabet] in Elsword NA. Please feel free to visit our guild thread: [Alphabet] Recruitment Page (PVE)! When I was playing Fiesta, I was usually an admin. Honestly, I was scared of leading a guild on my own. I had one attempt of being a guild leader, but it failed and was not for me at that time. Fast forward to the present, and I can say with confidence that I was able to successfully lead a guild in the land of Elrios. In this post, I just wanted to highlight my experiences and what I learned from being the guild leader of [Alphabet].
The time I spent in Fiesta gave me great examples of what I thought made a good guild leader. One guild leader I knew had one of the top guilds. He focused on the guild culture and harmony. Another guild leader I respected had a vision and set the example for many guilds. I wanted to create something wonderful just like these exceptional guild leaders had. With my guild, I focused on a positive environment for people to grow and also to create lasting bonds with each other. I believed the experiences you share with other was more valuable than the material goods earned in-game. At first, I didn't think anyone would want to be a part of it. However, with patience, I found the right members who wanted to be a part of the guild's vision. It made me feel proud and extremely happy to have members to take care of and educate.
However, not every day was wonderful. I had to struggle with keeping the guild active when school started for many of my members. I was worried and not too sure of how I can combat this issue. I thought all my hard work would eventually amount to nothing. I tried everything I could think of. I did more events, recruited lots of members in many different possible ways, and I tried my best to be active. Yet, I had trouble and felt lonely at times. With my guild members in mind, I kept going and slowly it improved, but remains a large issue with not only my guild, but for many guilds in Elrios.
From what I learned about being a guild leader is that you need to set the example for everyone. If not, then guild members will follow by example. Also, trust is very important to work on. Without trust, a positive community is difficult to maintain. Guild members will not progress as well as the guild itself. Finally, it is most important to have some fun! The main reason for creating a guild is to meet new people and create wonderful memories together. With these in mind, I will continue to work hard to achieve our goals as a guild. It feels wonderful to be a part of something greater than myself. Recently, I received a kind message from one of the admins and it made my day. It made me feel that I have accomplished something.
Since the very first time I started playing Fiesta, I noticed I have changed as a person. I am more confident and I never thought I could do something like this, but yet I was able to. I previously thought that if my guild becomes inactive, then all my work would be for nothing. However, as I consider the thought more, actually I accomplished a lot with my guild and made personal changes to myself. I was able to reach not only my goals, but also to create wonderful memories with my guild members. In the end, as I believe it to be true and as our guild philosophy, it is the memories that matter the most. All good things will eventually come to an end, but memories are something you will keep and treasure as you move along in your journey.
Mahalo (Thanks),

Hidden Treasure in the Land of Nasods
Constant conflicts arise. Everyday I receive never ending requests from villagers. Sometimes, I just need a place to be alone and to recharge my energy. During my time in Altera, I was able to find such a place:
Hidden in the land of Nasods, Ponggo's Hideout! Not many adventurers visit this area. Whenever I'm stressed out, I hide here. The sound of the realistic waterfalls, the emptiness, and the floating rock of advertisements relaxes me. There are times where I just AFK for hours and hours here sleeping next to my purple fairy pet, AcaiBomb. She tends to be a little cranky at times. I think it's about time for me to sleep now...

Exploring Elrios
Aloha everyone!
It has been toooooo long. Don't you agree? I miss posting on this blog. For almost half a year, I have been playing a game called Elsword.
I was somewhat skeptical about moving forward with this game. It is a 2D game and the characters are gender-locked. I had my doubts, but I stuck through with it. I grew interested in each character and their stories. Where I had my doubts, eventually I changed my perspective and it is what makes this game unique.
My main focus was on the community aspect of this game. It was not the best community there is and I felt that there could be some improvements. Fiesta had a community that stayed with me long after I quit. I sincerely miss those days when I played on my elf on Fiesta. What I hope to achieve in this game is to make a small impact or dent. I would like for everyone I meet to have a wonderful experience (even if just for a minute) just like I had in my previous game. And so, my journey began 6 months ago...
After whizzing past wizards and conquering dragons in Isya, I grew bored. I walked a path with no direction. The bright lights of the futuristic land of Elrios captured the lights of my eyes. It was a vast land where robots roamed and new demons emerged. The feeling was strong in me and I knew where I had to go. For me, it was like moving from one elementary school to another. The environment was different, but the things I learned in my previous school were useful. With my previous knowledge of archery in Fiesta, I took the path with the bow and arrow. My aim in this game was still slightly blurry, but I had a feeling of what I wanted to do. I believed that if I kept exploring Elrios I would eventually find something like the Bijou server of Fiesta, something special.
